The building is envisioned as a rectangular volume with four transverse ribs, resting on stone walls on the ground floor, and only two on the first floor. Acting as two large blocks, the first floor also serves as a filter screen at its northwest and southeast ends, contributing to the overall integration of the building into its surroundings.
